The Waterworks has been named one of the most adoption-friendly workplaces by the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption.
The Waterworks provides full-time, regular employees with financial assistance of up to $3,000 per child for eligible adoption-related expenses.

The Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption’s list recognizes the country’s most adoption-friendly workplaces by size for their adoption benefits and commitment to supporting adoptive families. The list is determined by an analysis of a company’s adoption benefits, based on surveys completed by employers, including the maximum amount of financial reimbursement and paid leave for families who adopt.
